The Cook Islands - a South Pacific Paradise

Click images to see Cook Islands photo gallery

The Cook Islands span roughly the same longitudes as the Hawaiian archipelago but lie about 2000 miles to the south.

The 15 Cook Islands cover 850,000 square miles of the tropical South Pacifc but consist of only 92 square miles of emergent land.

CCRC will conduct the Humpback survey from Rarotonga, Aitutaki, Palmerston, Penrhyn, Atiu and other outer islands. See updates for current information.
